Festive Rudolph Donuts
No way!" Am I posting a recipe for etc first time in over 12 months" Why yes. Yes I am. Better late than never right"
It is that time of year where we are often invited to events and asked to bring a plate. These are the cutest little things to bring and share that will get everyone talking – and they are so so easy! My kiddies really loved helping me make these.
The idea for these came actually came from a friend. She posted a photo of a donut from a popular donut shop she was eating and I thought “Heck. I can make my own homemade version of those!” so off I went creating a recipe.
It’s been awhile, I know, since I last posted a recipe (an email will go outs soon filling you in on what I have been up to – benign brain tumour, a second business, a 4th baby – it’s been full on! You can sign up to my mailing list here). Whilst I would write 20-30 recipes every month for The 4 Blades Magazine, I haven’t written any for this blog. Until now. Stay tuned – there are a lot of new recipes coming. I use a donut machine for these as I have one in the pantry collecting dust (yet can’t bare to throw!) but you can easily use a donut tin and bake these in the oven. A muffin or cupcake works just as well too so don’t be scared off trying these.
If you make them please come and share a photo on our Facebook page or come and say hi in our Facebook group. I would LOVE to se...
