Skinnymixer’s Summer Peach Fro?e (Frozen Ro?e Cocktail) is our new drink for the Summer – add all ingredients and blend!
This is a delicious, fruity frozen cocktail that is super easy and quick to make when guests drop by.
Who doesn’t love a ‘add all ingredients and blend’ cocktail recipe!
This cocktail recipe does make a lot but it isn’t a very strong cocktail, so even though it fills 10 cocktail glasses – it is ok if you indulge in a couple!
You can use your favourite Ro?e, sparkling wine or even white wine. If you swap the vodka with peach nectar or orange juice it would make a refreshing drink for a brunch instead of a mimosa.

What you will need:

Mocktail
This makes a delicious mocktail, simply replace the vodka with soda water and replace the Ro?e with non-alcoholic wine/sparkling apple cider or more soda water. Halving the recipe
You can easily halve this recipe, but it is too much to double so please do 2 batches!
