THMVI: Texas Chili

There is one thing I know for certain about Texans, and that is that they take their chilli beef very seriously. A true Texas chili shouldn?t contain beans and it should blow your socks off with a good punch of heat. Some will argue it shouldn't have tomatoes either, but I think if you sit in this camp you will forgive me when you taste this!
