Like most Australian families, we usually have a box of Weet-Bix sitting in our cupboard. I’m not a massive fan of Weet-Bix for breakfast, but I do really like them in baking. And these Thermomix Weet-Bix Balls are the perfect way to use up any Weet-Bix you have sitting around.
These only take a few minutes to prepare and taste great! They’re a bit like a healthy nut-free bliss ball!
To make our Thermomix Weet-Bix Balls, you’ll need:
Weet-Bix
medjool dates
coconut
chia seeds
sultanas
honey

5 Weet-Bix
12 pitted medjool dates
1 tbs honey
50 g desiccated coconut
40 g chia seeds
3 tbs water
60 g sultanas
Place all ingredients (except for the water and sultanas) into the Thermomix bowl. Mix on Speed 8, 10 seconds.
