What You Need

plain biscuits – I like to use Arnott’s Marie biscuits but you can use any variety of plain biscuits you like (Scotch Fingers also work well)white chocolate – choose white cooking chocolate or chocolate meltssweetened condensed milk – full fat (not skim) is best as it sets firmerbutter – you can use either salted or unsalted butterpistachios – you can buy roasted pistachios from any supermarket or health food storedried cranberries – also known as craisins. These are available in the dried fruit section of the supermarket
