Our 1 step Thermomix Caramel Custard is the perfect dessert all on it’s own… or drizzle it over your favourite pudding or cake for a decadent treat!
I LOVE to pour this Thermomix Caramel Custard over sticky date pudding, chocolate self-saucing pudding or my favourite chocolate mud cake… sooooo good! But it’s equally as good all on it’s own (and that’s how my toddler prefers it!).

Thermomix Caramel Custard
Our 1 step Thermomix Caramel Custard is the perfect dessert all on it’s own… or drizzle it over your favourite pudding or cake for a decadent treat!
3 eggs
600 g full fat milk
90 g brown sugar
45 g butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
25 g cornflour
pinch of sea salt
Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook on Speed 4, 90 degrees, 8 minutes.
Serve with an extra sprinkling of sea salt (optional).
This custard can be frozen in individual airtight containers for up to 1 month.Â
You can completely omit the sea salt if you prefer.Â
The custard will thicken as it cools.Â
