Ingredients2-3 cloves garlic100 g spinach hard stems removed, sliced thin 30 g olive oil1 tsp onion powder1 tsp red bell pepper flakes (optional)1 tsp dried dill tips½ tsp lemon zest finely grated¼ tsp cracked black pepper250 g cream cheese cubed small150 g Greek Feta cubed small100 g mozarella cubed smalllemon juice to taste
InstructionsAdd garlic to mixer bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down.Add spinach, oil, onion powder, red pepper flakes, dill, lemon zest and pepper to mixer bowl. Cook for 7 min/100°C/speed 1/MC on. Set aside.Add cheeses to mixer bowl. Chop for 10 sec/speed 5/MC on.Add spinach back to cheese mixture and cook for 10 min/90°C/speed 2/MC on. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice and garnish with sweet paprika.
