How do you come up with the recipe Leonie"  Yes I thought that you would ask!  Well it just so happens that in our ThermoFunkies member facebook group someone shared a link to a recipe.  We all had a giggle that it was leaked by the Colonel’s nephew – and quite honestly if the internet says so – then it must be true!  lol!!    But it got me thinking what would be the harm in giving it a go.  I had just bought an Air Fryer so it would be a perfect test dish for it. Now I am not going to say that this recipe is the original Colonel’s secret herb and spices – because obviously if it’s on the internet then it’s no secret but it is a great alternative when you want to serve up a Kentucky fried chicken dish to the family.
