$280 spent on shopping from the butchers, fruit & veg grocer & Woolworths for all ingredients except Skinnymixers Chicken Stock Concentrate & Spices.
6 hours meal prep cooking & portioning up including a lunch break, serving up, cleaning the kitchen. This was using a TM5 & TM31, 2 slow cookers and stovetop.
