Ingredients Apple purée6 small green apples80gm brown sugar50gm butter50ml butterscotch schnapps Cocktail2 shots vodka1 shot butterscotch schnapps2 tablespoons Apple purée100ml Apple juiceHandful of iceApple slice and cinnamon to garnish.

Method
Apple puréeCore and slice apples in quartersAdd sugar, butter and schnappsCook 10min 105 degrees, reverse speed 1
CocktailMix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and pour into martini glasses.Garnish with apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon.
