ALToG: Pastitsio
Any time there is a family function or a big group of us to feed, my Mum is guaranteed to cook her famous Pastitsio? and while this recipe is far from ?skinny?, it would not be ?A Little Taste of Greece? without it. I hope you can forgive me for this ?
The best part about this Thermomix recipe is that you can use half the meat sauce to make Pastitsio for the family and the other half to make Moussaka, top with a double batch of the Bechamel and you have 2 different dinners made!
