Who doesn?t LOVE a potato bake" For those of you who have grown up with your mum using a packet of French onion soup mix, this Potato au Gratin Thermomix recipe captures the nostalgia without the additives and preservatives.
Sian has been begging me for a Potato au Gratin for years and I had promised to include it in A Little Taste of France. I’m so glad I took on the challenge, I love having this healthier additive free potato bake to serve my family. The kids absolutely LOVE the Potato au Gratin!
For the best results I highly recommend using a mandoline slicer to get the potato paper thin.
