White Chocolate Flan with the Thermomix
Ingredients:
- 300 g white chocolate
- 1 packet of flan powder (for 8 servings)
- 80 g sugar
- 200 g cream (35% fat content)
- 600 g whole milk
- 1 egg
- 80 g liquid caramel (optional, I left it out)
Instructions:
- Place the white chocolate into the mixing bowl and chop it for 8 seconds / Speed 7.
- Add the flan powder, sugar, cream, milk, and egg, then blend for 10 seconds / Speed 10.
- Cook the mixture for 10 minutes / 90°C / Speed 4.
- Meanwhile, you can pour the liquid caramel into the mold and line it with it (optional, I skipped this step).
- Pour the contents of the mixing bowl into the mold and place it in the refrigerator.
- After 6 hours in the fridge, the flan will be perfect – simply delicious!
