Trick for Chopping Garlic and Parsley and Keeping It Frozen Until Use

We’re sharing this tip mainly because we wanted to show you this clever idea using the Thermomix, which we found very interesting when it was posted in our Thermomix group (we’re nearly 140,000 members now, and we see a lot of creative ideas there).
This brilliant idea comes from Marisa Cuadrado. It’s simply about chopping garlic and parsley with our Thermomix (this trick can also be applied to many other ingredients) and freezing the mixture in an ice cube tray. Then, you can pop the cubes out and store them in the freezer until you need them.

- 3 garlic cloves
- 25 sprigs of parsley (leaves only)
Preparation of the Trick to Chop Garlic and Parsley and Keep It Frozen Until Use
- Put everything into the Thermomix bowl and chop for 15 seconds at progressive speed 5-6-7.
- Remove the mixture, shape it into small balls, and place them in an ice cube tray.
- Place the tray in the freezer. Take out the cubes as needed.
