Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Thermomix
Ingredients for Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Thermomix:
- 1 liter of milk (semi-skimmed)
- 20 g of powdered stevia
Preparation of Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Thermomix:
- Pour the milk and sweetener into the Thermomix bowl.
- Place the basket on top instead of the measuring cup.
- Cook for 45 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 5.
- Pour the mixture into a jar and let it cool before storing it in the refrigerator.
- The texture will thicken over time.
Storage Tips:
The condensed milk can be kept in the refrigerator for about 10 days.
