- 800 g milk
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp homemade vanilla sugar
- 30 g sugar
- 100 g hazelnut spread
Step-by-step instructions for preparation
Step 1: Prepare the milk cream
- Add 400 g milk, sugar, 25 g cornstarch, and the homemade vanilla sugar to the Thermomix mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients for 5 seconds at Speed 5.
- Attach the stirring attachment and heat the mixture for 10 minutes at 90 °C at Speed 3.
- Pour the milk cream into 4 glasses and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
Step 2: Prepare the hazelnut layer
- Add the remaining milk, remaining cornstarch, and hazelnut spread to the Thermomix mixing bowl.
- Heat the mixture for 8 minutes at 90 °C at Speed 3.
