Guacamole Cones with Thermomix

Ingredients for Guacamole Cones with Thermomix
- 210 g avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 small pack of empanada pastry discs
- Salt to taste
- 65 g cream cheese
- 15 g butter
- 65 g spicy Mexican sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- A splash of lime juice
- 24 g olive oil
- 55 g tomato
- 25 g spring onion
Preparation of Guacamole Cones with Thermomix
Once you have all these ingredients, follow these steps:
- Take some metal cone molds, grease them with a bit of butter, and wrap the pastry discs around them.
- Place the cones on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and put the tray in the oven, preheated to 180°C (356°F). Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the Tabasco, avocado, tomato, lime juice, salt, olive oil, and spring onion to the Thermomix bowl. Set it to speed 4 / 8 seconds.
- Once the cones are ready, remove them from the molds and let them cool for about 20 minutes.
