- 12 g powdered sugar
- 96 g dark chocolate
Preparation of Chocolate Chantilly with Thermomix
Once you’ve gathered all the ingredients, follow these steps:
- Place the chocolate in the Thermomix bowl and set it to speed 10 for 10 seconds.
- Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl, then program it to speed 2 / 50°C / 3 minutes.
- Add the sugar and a quarter of the cream. Mix at speed 4 for 20 seconds.
- Next, pour in the remaining cream and set it to speed 3 for 10 seconds.
- Transfer the contents of the bowl to a separate container and refrigerate for about four hours.
- After that time, attach the whisk to the Thermomix, pour the chilled mixture back into the bowl, and set it to speed 3 for 2 minutes.
Your chocolate chantilly is ready to use as desired!
