Brioche filled with Thermomix

Anise-flavored brioches filled with cream and whipped cream. Super delicious! I’m still waiting to replace my bionic wrist... jejeje. In the meantime, if the pain allows, I’ll keep posting a new pastry recipe every Friday. As always, it's a pleasure to share my work. I highly recommend these brioches!
Ingredients for Anise Brioche with Cream and Whipped Cream with Thermomix
DOUGH
550 g strong flour
18 g fresh yeast
90 g sugar (45 g white sugar and 45 ml inverted sugar)
1 egg
80 ml sunflower oil
240 ml milk
