- 1 package of vanilla pudding powder (Dr. Oetker)
- 50 g sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 125 g mascarpone (Italian fresh cheese)
- 50 g sliced almonds (Dr. Oetker)
- 300 g blueberries (or blueberries)

Prepare the pudding:
- Place the pudding powder and sugar in the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 4.
- Add 6 tablespoons of milk (approximately 90 ml) and mix for 10 seconds at speed 4 until smooth.
