The Miracle Soup: Watch the Pounds Disappear Like Magic!

Ingredients:
- 1 white cabbage (approximately 2 kg)
- 3 red bell peppers
- 600 g of carrots
- 1 kg of celery stalks
- 2 spring onions
- 1 packet of powdered onion soup mix
- 2 large cans of peeled tomatoes
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- Chop the white cabbage into small pieces.
- Wash the red bell peppers and dice them.
- Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds.
- Cut the celery stalks into pieces.
- Clean the spring onions and slice them into rounds.
- Heat a little oil in a large pot and sauté the spring onions until they become translucent.
- Add the cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, and celery. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the peeled tomatoes with their juice and the packet of powdered onion soup mix. Mix well.
- Add enough water to cover all the ingredients.
- Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 30 to 40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy this delicious soup!
