These tortilla wraps are fantastic for a quick lunch on the go. Make a batch in the morning and take them with you with a packed salad for a fabulous and easy salad wrap!I also love using these for a tortilla pizza lunch - spread on some pizza sauce, sprinkle on some cheese, add your toppings and pop under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese is lovely and melty. Delicious!

Ingredients250 g plain flour½ tsp salt40 g sunflower oil100 g lukewarm water
InstructionsPlace the plain flour, salt, oil and water in the mixing bowl. Knead 1 Min. / Kneading Function. Remove and transfer onto a floured surface. Cover with a bowl and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Then, divide into 6 pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Heat a large non stick frying pan or cast iron skillet to medium heat and roll out one tortilla into a large circle about 15-20cm diameter. Fry on one side for 30 seconds, then flip over and fry on the other side for another 30 seconds while pressing the tortilla down with your spatula. Roll out and fry the remaining tortillas until they are all cooked. Place them on a small plate and stack up so they keep each other soft and warm. You can use them straight away or as part of a tortilla pizza lunch.Â
