THMIII: Hummus
Hummus is something that I recently started enjoying and very quickly discovered that you can either have a good hummus or an exceptionally bad one. While this Thermomix recipe has the extra steps of soaking and then removing the skins from the chick peas, the difference is amazing and well worth the extra 10 minutes of effort! You can double (or even triple!) the preparation of the chick peas to make it a little quicker for next time ? and believe me, after you have had this hummus, there will be a next time! It really is the best Hummus.
