These Thermomix Feta Sausage Rolls are the perfect party bite for the whole crowd. Filled with feta and sausage meat, it is so delicious, you will come back for more.

Snacks are so important at Christmas time, which is why these Thermomix feta sausage rolls are probably the best snack you can offer your crowd. You can serve them hot or cold and make them well in advance. In the instructions you can find some great tips on preparing ahead.

Ingredients
Thermomix Feta Sausage Rolls

1 onion, peeled and halved
2 garlic cloves
20g olive oil
15g fresh sage
2 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
450g sausage meat (or 6 pork sausages, skin removed)
200g feta cheese, crumbled
2 packs ready rolled puff pastry (or for the homemade version click here)
1 egg
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

Method

Place the onion and garlic clove in the mixing bowl. Blitz 3 Sec. / Speed 5. Scrape down. Add the olive oil and fry 8 Min. / 120°C / Speed 1. Leave to cool in the bowl for 10 minutes.
Then, add the sage, chilli flakes, dried oregano and black pepper and blitz 2 Sec. / Speed 7. Add the sausage meat and feta cheese and combine 10 Sec. / Speed 4. Transfer into a bowl.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper.
