Thermomix Brazilian Cheesepuffs
These tiny little balls are highly addictive! I bet you can't eat just one. They are also gluten free which is a bonus since so many people have allergies now a days.
Ingredients:
70g strong flavoured cheese (Gruyere/Emmemtahler)
160g full cream milk
60g veggie oil 1 egg
170 g arrowroot/tapioca flour( I used tapioca)
1 tsp salt
Add all ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 8
Pour into greased mini muffin tins and Bake 10-12 minutes at 375F
Yum! Serve at a party or for a snack!
