Thermomix Blueberry Scrolls

This recipe is based on my yeast free Thermomix Cinnamon Scroll recipe, and while I didn’t think it could get any better, the addition of yummy blueberries to these scrolls turns this recipe into something pretty amazing!
I like to decorate these scrolls with a yummy vanilla icing, however they are perfect served on their own (especially when fresh from the oven) and they also make a great lunchbox treat for the kids.
Thermomix Blueberry Scrolls Print Prep time 30 mins Cook time 20 mins Total time 50 mins Author: Lauren Recipe type: Breakfast Serves: 12 Ingredients 300g of self raising flour 90g of butter ½ teaspoon of salt ⅔ Cup of milk For the filling 50g of butter - softened 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 30g of caster sugar 1½ cups of blueberries - frozen or fresh For the icing 150g of icing sugar 2 tablespoons of boiling water ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract Instructions Preheat your oven to 210 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the flour, butter and salt into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 9 until mixture is the same consistency as bread crumbs. Add the milk and mix for 7 seconds on speed 4 to combine. Use the kneading function to knead the dough for 2 minutes.
