Packed with honeycomb and drizzled with white chocolate, every bunny will love this malty milo slice!
While I was in the UK I became obsessed with all the British food and drink thatI know and love, included malted milk drinks. In the UK we have Horlicks and Ovaltine and I became rather partial to a malted milky mug before bed. Once I touched down on Aussie terra firma, I grabbed the next best Australian thing, Milo and conjured up this delicious slice. It is super easy and an eggstra special Easter treat. Better still, if you skip the chocolate eggs and the bunnies, this slice will be a kitchen perennial, it’s for life, not just for Easter!

Although it’s super quick and easy to make, this recipe does require a certain degree of patience because once baked the slice has to set in the fridge for a couple of hours before devouring. Ingredients
180g butter, melted
200g brown sugar
3 eggs
75g Milo or Horlicks
200g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
140g bag of Maltesers
4 squares white chocolate
Mini eggs, to decorate
Mini Malteser bunnies, to decorate
