Guest Recipe: Tanya's No Fail Cauliflower Mash   Print Prep time 1 min Cook time 12 mins Total time 13 mins   Cauliflower mash is a great low carb alternative and this recipe tastes just like regular mashed potatoes! Author: skinnymixer's Recipe type: Sides Serves: 4 Ingredients 500g cauliflower florets, roughly chopped 40g Butter 75g Philadephia cream cheese, softened, (see tips for alternatives) salt and pepper to taste Instructions Place chopped cauliflower into TM bowl and turbo pulse 3-4 times. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add butter and cook for 12 min/100 deg/speed 1/MC On Add cream cheese, salt and pepper and blend for 30 sec/speed 7/MC On Notes **The cauli mash freezes well.
**DOUBLING THE RECIPE: increase cooking time to 15 minutes and double all ingredients (particularly recommended if using to top a pie)
