Easter Chocolate Bark

This Easter Chocolate Bark is so easy to make. It makes for a great Easter gift! Just place into cellophane bags and tie with a little string or ribbon with a cute card.
You can vary the decorations to suit what you have at home. I just raided the cake decorating basket to see what odds and ends I have. Any small lollies, sprinkles, chocolates, nuts or dried fruit will work.
It is a great school holiday activity too!
When I originally made this I made it in the shape of a big Easter egg. The kiddies had great fun breaking it up and placing it into little bags. You could make mini ones if you preferred the look over shards of chocolate.
