Does anyone else have 265 cans of condensed milk in their cupboard" I have no idea how I started a condensed milk family but I have (actually I blame my Lazy Caramel Slice recipe!!). They are all there staring at me every time I open the pantry. I hate to break up the family but I need to start using some. Friends and family are about to be inundated with food gifts!
These biscuits are a great way to use up a tin and make a large batch of delicious biscuits. There are lots of simialr recipes around the internet that add an egg or 1+ cup of sugar. These biscuits have neither. There is no need to add any additional sugar to these. The condensed milk and sprinkles is plenty.
This dough is great to freeze too! Why not make two batches (not all at once in the tmx though – its too much) and freeze one for another day when you need biscuits in a flash.
