Delainie, one of my lovely ThermFun members shared her story with us the other day in our closed fb group ? we were all very moved.
?My little boy was diagnosed at 10 weeks old with fibrosarcoma in his tongue and floor of his mouth. He had a tough battle for the first year of his life, chemo failed and he had to have his tongue removed. He is now 9½ years old and last year he had his 22nd operation. He is a real trooper and hasn’t let anything slow him down. We were told he would never talk or eat orally….. they were wrong. Riley is also head chef in this house. He spends weekends cooking. He loves anything with really big aromas, as he has no taste buds, so it’s got to smell good! His latest favourite dessert is the ThermoFun Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake.  No visitor can come for dinner or lunch on the weekend without him wanting to make one for them!”
