I absolutely love dip! Nothing  beats a dip and cheese night with friends but Im struggling to find good store bought dips these days. I tend to make most of our dips with the help of the Thermomix. Making it yourself takes no time at all, often cheaper and you know exactly what is in it. Win, win, win.
This is my Caramelised Onion Dip which is a delicious variation of my Bacon and Onion Dip. It a nice twist on traditional french onion dip that I know so many of us love.
