Beef and Pork Meatballs in Thermomix
My husband and I went to Ask Luigi in Vancouver. I have been wanting to go there for 2 years and never made it. They don't take reservations and it's a very small restaurant. We had the meatball appetizer when my husband declared that was the best meatball he has ever eaten. I liked them too and I set out to replicate them. I have no idea how close they are but all my friends really like them so here it is. It was really easy too. I steamed them with the basic tomato sauce recipe in my TM5.
