Here's Alyce Alexandra making choc fudge gummies. A dessert to go wild for. Let's eat!

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp gelatin
400g coconut milk
80g xylitol
60g Dutch cocoa

METHOD
In a bowl:
Mix 100g coconut milk and gelatin
Set aside and let gelatin bloom and dissolve
In Thermomix:
Add remaining 300g coconut milk, xylitol & Dutch cocoa
Heat 4 min, 70° speed 3
(make sure mixture is at 70°)
Add set gelatin mixture
Mix 20 sec, speed 4
Tip: put silicone mould on a tray for transporting to fridge
Refrigerate 1 hour (or until set)
Extract from moulds and serve
