Seeded Nutty Crackers - Tenina Holder, Cooking with Tenina

Here, Tenina Holder from Cooking with Tenina shows us her crunchy, yummy Seeded Nutty Crackers. Perfect for serving with creamy cheese or pate. Divine!
INGREDIENTS
50g shredded coconut
50g almonds
60g linseed
40g pepitas
100g sunflower seeds
100g chia seeds
2tbsp psyllium husks
500g water
2 tsp pink salt flakes
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Generous grind of black pepper
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 160°C and line 2 baking trays with paper.
2. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and blend 10 sec/speed 6.
3. Leave to rest in the TM bowl for 10 mins to allow the psyllium to absorb.
4. Spread half the mixture onto each tray and spread as thinly as possible with a rolling pin (or MC).
5. Bake for approx. 1 hour (depending on your oven).
6. Break into pieces and return to the oven that has been switched off, and leave in oven until cold.
7. Serve with any toppings you like, such as pate, creamy soft cheeses, or even next week's recipe: BACONNAISE. Yum!
