Detox vegetable soup with Thermomix (Fat burner)
300 grams of cabbage
1 onion
1 leek
1 bell pepper, green or red
1 celery stalk
500 grams of fresh tomatoes
Place the cabbage in the mixing bowl and program for 5 seconds, speed 5.
Remove to a bowl and set aside.
Add the remaining vegetables in regular pieces to the mixing bowl and program for 4 seconds, speed 4.
Add the reserved cabbage, salt, pepper, water, and spices and program for 40 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
Place the basket on the lid to prevent splashing.
When finished, blend by programming for 30 seconds, gradually increasing the speed from 5 to 10.
