500g of chicken breast

2 garlic cloves
200ml of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of curry paste

Instructions for Chicken Curry with Thermomix
First, cut the chicken breast into pieces and set aside. Then, in the Thermomix bowl, place the onion quartered and the garlic cloves and program for
5 seconds, speed 5.
Next, add a little olive oil and sauté for
5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1.
Add the chicken breast and program for
10 minutes, Varoma temperature, reverse, spoon speed.
Then, add the coconut milk, curry paste, salt, and pepper. Mix everything by programming
5 minutes, 100ºC temperature, reverse, spoon speed.
